Through this programme, eligible clients who complete qualifying finance transactions through SM Finance will be entered into our Annual Client Appreciation Prize Draw, where one client will have the opportunity to win a luxury vehicle, such as a Mercedes S Class, worth up to £100,000, or a cash alternative where applicable.

How the Programme Works
We have designed the programme to be simple, transparent, and fair.
When a client completes a qualifying mortgage or finance product through SM Finance, they are assigned a unique SM Finance Client ID. This Client ID allows us to maintain a long term relationship with our clients and keep a record of all finance transactions arranged through our firm.
Each completed finance transaction is recorded under the client’s unique reference number and will generate one entry into the Annual Client Appreciation Prize Draw.
If a client completes multiple finance transactions through SM Finance over time, each completed transaction will generate an additional entry into the draw. This means that clients who continue to work with SM Finance for future remortgages, buy to let investments, commercial finance or bridging finance will increase their number of entries over time.
Where a client, solicitor, estate agent, accountant, or professional partner introduces a new client to SM Finance and that introduction results in a completed qualifying transaction, the referrer may also qualify for an entry into the programme, subject to the programme rules.
This structure allows us to reward loyalty, long term relationships, and professional partnerships.

The Client Appreciation Programme applies to a range of property finance products arranged through SM Finance, which may include:

- First Time Buyer Mortgages
- Residential Remortgages
- Buy to Let Mortgages

Only completed transactions qualify for entry into the programme.
The Annual Client Appreciation Dinner and Live Draw
At the end of each programme period, SM Finance will host an Annual Client Appreciation Dinner in London. This event is designed to bring together our clients, introducers, business partners, and professional contacts for an evening of networking, appreciation, and celebration.
During the event, the prize draw will take place live. One winning entry will be selected at random from all eligible entries recorded during the relevant period. The winner will receive the advertised prize, which may be a Mercedes S Class worth up to £100,000, or a cash alternative where specified in the full terms and conditions.
